UNHUMAN in Poltu Quatu: Opening

SimonBart Gallery was pleased to present UNHUMAN by Malisa Catalani | Special Edition in Poltu Quatu, Sardinia, on Sunday, July 26, starting at 7:00 PM.

Following the extraordinary success recorded in Bologna during Art City 2026, the UNHUMAN exhibition returned in a new form at our Poltu Quatu location, a refined setting in the heart of the Costa Smeralda.

The project explored the body as a dynamic threshold of becoming, where sculpture abandoned every rigid canon to welcome the mark of time and the vulnerability of matter. Catalani transformed the figure into an open space, a narrative that questioned identity, not as a static essence, but as a constant balance between fragmentation and rebirth.

The public was invited to discover this artistic research during a unique evening in which the works were exceptionally exhibited outdoors, in the presence of the artist, and accompanied by a dedicated aperitif curated by Tanit & W Sardinia.
